Abstract

ETPT (Evidential Topology Prediction of Transmembrane) is a new algorithm for topology prediction of transmembrane based on data fusion technique. In this paper, we present the implementation of ETPT as a software. When protein sequence is input into the text area, the related data will be sent to the website. Next, the prediction results of five individual prediction algorithms can be obtained. After fusing the above algorithms' prediction results based on Dempster's rule of combination, the final prediction result can be constructed. During the process, the F-scores are regarded as the determination of Basic Probability Assignment (BPA). The result demonstrates that the software is convenient and effective.
