Abstract

Error autocompensation using a non-MEMS micromotor is used to reduce the drift of micromachned gyroscopes. Theoretic deviation, numerical simulation and experiments are carried out. Test results show that the bias instability of micromachined gyroscopes is reduced from 542°/h to 39°/h, which makes their high end applications possible.
