Energy management technology of SRM and its development

Abstract

Controlling and adjusting the energy output of solid rocket motor (SRM) during working is an important way to improve the performance of weapon system. The research status at home and abroad of energy management technologies of double-pulse SRM, variable-thrust SRM and solid divert and attitude control motor were reviewed. The key technologies of three typical motors were combed by means of analyzing the development characters and trends of energy management technologies of SRM. Finally, the corresponding suggestions were given.
