Abstract

In order to the shorten development period, reduce the cost of research and minimize the project risks, the airborne multi-sensor simulation detection system provided a good way. Traditional distributed simulation technology could not solve the reusability and expandability problems of airborne multi-sensor detection, so the airborne multi-sensor simulation detection system based on HLA was designed. Taking the aircraft as a platform, an overall architecture of airborne multi-sensor detection simulation system based on HLA distributed simulation technology was proposed, the function of federation objectives and FOM were designed and implemented, the interactions of airborne sensors were demonstrated, the distributed simulation system was established and visualization of the system was realized. The classical air combat was testified on the simulation system. The results show that intercommunications among federal members ware efficient, and the simulation data is accurate. The reusability and expandability of airborne multi-sensor can be realized and it provides a reliable simulation model for practical engineering applications.
