Abstract

The traditional decision-making process of process route had been lack of consideration of process planning experience and the influence in production, which result in that the generated process route may cause worse suitability and effectiveness, and consequently the generated process route must be modified. To solve the above problems, a decision-making method of process route considering process planning experience and manufacturing stability was presented. The process constraint matrix was established, and initial process routes was obtained through applying matrix iteration multiplication. The evaluation index based on process planning experience was established by using initial process routes to match the typical process Route. The evaluation index based on manufacturing stability was established by analyzing the instability of enterprise manufacturing network. Then on the basis of considering the two evaluation indexs, the final process route was set by using Set Pair Analysis. Experimental results showed that the effectiveness of proposed method was verified.
