Abstract

The traditional decision-making process of feature process methods had mostly considered the machining requirements, ignoring the effect of the production line network on enterprises, which resulted in the overloading of some machines and the idling of other machines. To solve the above problems, a decision-making of feature process method based on machining requirements and manufacturing network stability evaluation was proposed. The main influencing factors on the decision-making of the feature process method was revealed. With hole feature, for example, the fuzzy mapping relations between decision factors and processing methods was established, and the feature process method which conforms with the processing requirements was screened out by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, a enterprise manufacturing network model was established by applying the complex network theory. In addition, the selected methods were evaluated by using the network stability index. Experimental results verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
