Cyber-physical aware model based on IEC 61850 for advanced power grid

Abstract

IEC 61850 makes new requirements on remote control for electric power equipment. This paper proposed an environment information aware model and gives a macrostructure on the basis of middleware to facilitate new computing paradigms such as cyber-physical computing and service-oriented computing in Bulk Power System, and this desire is aiming to give suggestion on the issue of Cyber-Physical Power Grid Monitoring. We analysis the feasibility of the model in theory and test it in a case study.
