Abstract

We propose a cooperative inventory control model and algorithm of equipment's spare parts based on supply cost. The model structure is firstly proposed, which includes coordination center, multi-user supply inventory and user requirements. Three kinds of supply principles are explained. Then, the description of problem with three assumptions in constructing our cooperative control model is explained. The cooperative control observes three restrictions concerning the maximum storage of inventory, the maximum supply time and the supply cost. The algorithm for cooperative inventory control model using genetic algorithm is introduced. Finally we give a numerical simulation example. These results show that the equipment's spare parts cooperative inventory control mathematical model and its optimal algorithm are effective.
