N2 - To improve the efficiency and reduce training costs of complex product maintenance, a method using knowledge map was proposed to manage the knowledge of complex product maintenance. By analyzing the types and composition, maintenance knowledge information cell was used to represent the knowledge of complex product and compose knowledge map system. On the basis of knowledge map, complex product virtual maintenance training system was constructed, which contained methods of self-learning by browsing knowledge map, interactive learning of multimedia courses and training practice of virtual assembly, and virtual maintenance training of an aircraft was used as an example to implement and verify the method.
