Combination rule of evidence theory based on credibility of sensor

Abstract

The D-S combination rule is doubted for concluding error results in dealing with high conflict information, therefore it is studied by many experts and scholars. According to the common habit of commanders in dealing with conflict evidence in operation, an improved combination rule based on credibility of sensor is presented. The computing model of credibility of sensor is built firstly, then a modified combination rule of distributing conflict in proportion based on credibility of sensor is given. The numerical example shows that the new combination rule has good performance in dealing with conflict and improves the reliability and rationality of the combination results.
