Abstract
Based on a new concept, i.e., charge moment tensor, the Lagrange dynamic theory and the Euler's equations for a charged rigid body rotating about a fixed point under a uniform external magnetic field have been derived. Their equivalence to each other has been emphasized. Two simple and symmetrical cases have been analyzed in detail or solved strictly.
