Attribute Collaboration of Aerospace Project Portfolio Allocation Based on Intuitionistic Trapezoidal Fuzzy Number

Abstract

This paper addresses the aerospace project portfolio allocations by using the intuitionistic fuzzy number and the fuzzy measure. The collaborative relationship among various decision attributes is first given by introducing the positive and negative collaborations. Then we propose a method for determining the weight of index in portfolio allocation, which uses the Shapley value of attribute collaboration under different circumstances. Further, we build a decision model based on the ordered weighted averaging for project portfolio allocation. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a numerical example.
