Abstract

A method of TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution) based on entropy and GD-AHP (Group Decision-Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied to the sequence of target threat problems with weights unknown. To be aimed at the shortcoming of traditional TOPSIS in calculating the weights, multi-personal weights were put that was gained by clustering in the method of AHP to confirm the subjective weights of the target attribute, and the objective weights of target attribute was combined with that was gained by entropy, and the method of TOPSIS was used to do the research of evaluating the air target threat. Finally, an example indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
