Abstract

As a contactless, high-resolution flow visualization technology, pressure sensitive paint (PSP) measurement technology has the problems of limited visual angle and difficult optical layout and others in internal flow measurement. In order to explore the usability of PSP measurement technology on high solidity and complex three-dimensional blade, optical layout and PSP measurement has been carried out for a linear cascade blade with a solidity of 1.53 and a camber angle of 39.61°, Through three-dimensional reconfiguration, the experimental results are restored to three-dimensional blades. The PSP results are compared with the measurement results of pressure taps. The results show that the pressure resolution of PSP measurement is about 59/mm2 pressure measuring points; The results measured by PSP under different working conditions accord with the aerodynamic law well, and the whole domain pressure distribution on the suction surface of twisted cascade under a wide range of working conditions is obtained; The error between PSP measurement results and pressure tap measurement results is within 1.673%.
