N2 - Aiming at the problem of anti-background interferen ce for weak targets in infrared images, Infrared single-band da ta cannot fully reflect image details and outline information du e to single image information. This article uses infrared dual-b and detector to capture long-range weak target images. Firstly, the illuminance of weak targets under different wavelengths a nd different temperatures is analyzed. At the same time, the sp ectral characteristics of dual-band images and the three-dimen sional gray distribution of weak targets are studied, the textur e information of each plane of the dual-band image is also anal yzed. Based on this, the spectrum processed image is used to st udy the dual-band fusion algorithm, and a fusion algorithm ba sed on gray-scale contrast modulation is proposed. Finally, the results of the other five algorithms are compared, and the perf ormance evaluation methods are used to evaluate each fusion algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can enhance the grayscale of the weak target in the ima ge, suppress the background, identify the target, and solve the problem of anti-background interference of the weak target in the infrared image.
