Abstract

The efficiency of an assembly sequence for complex products is affected by many elements. In order to find the optimal assembly sequence, this paper presented an improved assembly sequence fuzzy evaluation for complex products, which combined the quantitative indexes with qualitativeones, and combined the benefit-type rules with the cost-type ones. Then forced decision (FD) was introduced and the most membership function in the fuzzy math was used to actualize the multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A case of aircraft component was also studied and this method can be proven to solve practical applications quit well.
