Abstract

This paper purposed an efficient algorithm Analyzing Sequence of multiple assembly schedules (MAS) for mechanical product based on colony-deciding method, aimed at the choosing of assembly schedules in a certain time and multiple schedules. We apply the colony-deciding method to analyze the multi-objects as assembly fixture, assembly cost, assembly process and so on to form the scheduling scheme sequence, and the most suitable assembly schedule can be gained according to the scheduling scheme sequence. We apply the algorithm to analyze an example successfully.
