Algorithm of multisensor management used in detection and classification

Abstract

Based on information increment, an optimizing algorithm of multisensor detection and multitarget classification was proposed. The uncertainty in target environment can be quantitatively described by entropy and the changes in entropy can be used to represent the information increment. How to obtain information increment in terms of entropy and the optimizing algorithm of sensor management were discussed. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve SNR and reduce error rate compared with the sequence search algorithm.
