Abstract
To solve the digitalized management problem of aero-engine configuration in whole lifecycle, the reason of poor circulation, low integrity and low reuse efficiency of information resource was analyzed. With the combination of Assembly and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (AMRO), an entire framework of aero-engine AMRO supporting system was proposed. Unified configuration data model and workflow-agent driven process model were established based on the logical structure of whole lifecycle configuration data model and the features of operational activities management. Other technical points, such as online education support, data integration and synchronization were researched. A prototype system was developed and the effectiveness of the program was verified.
