Abstract

The principle and the methods of supercritical fluid technology to prepare microencapsulants are introduced in this paper, with the emphasis on the development of microencapsulation technique. The characteristics of rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS), supercritical anti-solvent precipitation (SAS) and particles from gas-saturated solutions (PGSS) are analyzed. And the application research status and problems are presented.
