Abstract

The present methods of UMTSD, to our knowledge, all assume factors to be uncorrelated; actually they are in a complex and interdependent relationship. Our novel UMTSD method does not make such an assumption. Section 1 of the full paper presents the decision-making index set of target threat level, reality, voyage loss and observation attitude. Section 2 discusses our UMTSD method based on the ANP model. Subsection 2.2 uses Fig.3 to define the procedure of the ANP-based decision-making. Using the index set, subsection 2.3 constructs the supermatrix based on the ANP model to calculate the weighted supermatrix and obtain the limit supermatrix. Section 3 gives an application example of ANP decision-making for four-target tracking. Table 3 gives the weighted supermatrix; Table 4 presents the limit supermatrix. With Table 4, subsection 3.3 analyzes the results of the ANP decision-making. The analysis results, given in Table 5, show preliminarily that the ANP decision-making is feasible.
