A Novel Extraction Method for Series Inductance in Schottky Diodes Based on Resonance

Abstract

This paper presents a novel extraction method for series inductance Lt in the Schottky diodes based on the resonance, which can easily and analytically extract Lt without the need for complicated iteration algorithms. This method shows good accuracy under different biases. Good agreement between simulation and measurement proves its validity and potential for the construction of the Schottky diode models.
