Abstract

As for constructing infrared models, the shortages of traditional methods are long work period, low efficiency and unsatisfying accuracy. In order to solve thess problems, author figured out a new method for constructing infrared models of warships. The new method is mainly aimed at analyzing geometric relations and rebuilding models. And then author developed the method further and applied it in the simulation of scenes for infrared confrontation and the deduction of battle conditions. The result of analysis on the simulation effects has indicated that the scheme of constructing models provides high accuracy. What's more, such a basis will provide a possible way to simulations about warships' infrared stealthy effectiveness, route planning and evasive maneuvering.
