Abstract

According to power split-path system of helical gears, mechanism structural model is brought up and the torque equilibrium condition and deformation compatibility condition also can be obtained. On that basis, the power flow of each gear pair is calculated, and the results of power flow in individual installation error are analyzed deeply. The research demonstrates that the errors make the load-sharing of system bad, and the second-stage error affects more than the first-stage error.
