Abstract

In this paper, the suppression effect of model predictive control (MPC) algorithm on torque ripple of switched reluctance motor (SRM) is studied. Firstly, the flux linkage characteristics and static torque characteristics of SRM are obtained, and the mathematical model of SRM is established. Then the cost function is established to reduce torque ripple. Through the optimization calculation of the cost function, the control signal of minimizing the cost function is obtained. In the calculation stage of flux and torque prediction, compared with the traditional SRM model, the two-dimensional look-up table method is used to improve the accuracy of prediction. The principle of the control strategy is introduced, the simulation model is established, and the simulation results are compared with the traditional CCC control.
