Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to propose a model for solving the requirement acquisition based on consumer's preference on 3D printing cloud service platform, which is important for helping the designer to provide the impetus for design restructuring and upgrading. A design model is divided into three layers: consumer data mining layer, consumer data analysis layer and consumer preference acquisition layer. Consumer data analysis is based on Kansei engineering and BP neural network. And consumer's preference acquisition is based on Quality Function Deployment. Additionally, an application example is also introduced to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
