Abstract
We propose a watermarking scheme based on the multi-channel watermarking framework, which is mainly used to resist geometric attacks. This watermarking scheme generates watermarking templates from one image transform domain which is obtained after DWT (Discrete wavelet transform) and DFT (Discrete Fourier transform) transformation to one of image channels and then embeds these watermarking templates into another image transformation domain which is obtained after DWT and DFT transformation to another image channel. When the watermarking image undergoes geometric attacks, self-synchronization can be obtained in the procedure of detecting watermarking, because the geometric attacks which watermarking template and watermarking image undergo are similar. Experimental results demonstrate that this watermarking scheme produced by the multi-channel framework is high robust to attacks such as geometric distortion, rotation, afflne, JPEG compress and adding noise etc.
