Abstract
Taking the Load-Sharing characteristics of the four branched transmission system of the face gear as the research object, a load bearing mechanical analysis model is constructed by establishing the deformation coordination condition of the twist angle and combining with the moment balance condition. In the model, the tooth loaded contact analysis technology of face gear and herringbone gear was introduced to calculate the time-varying meshing stiffness of ones. The influence of manufacturing error, installation error and double floating factor on the Load-Sharing characteristics of the system were analyzed. The study results show that the meshing positions of gear teeth show different Load-Sharing characteristics. If the pinion radial floating of the first stage and the pinion gap floating of the second stage meet the floating condition at the same time, the load-sharing performance can be better obtained. To provide theoretical basis for further optimization design of load-sharing structure of surface gear four-branching transmission system.
