Abstract

: Zearalenone (ZEN) is a nonsteroidal estrogenic mycotoxin. It significantly endangers the development of human reproductive system, and enters the human body mainly through contaminated cereal crops, meat and dairy products. Rapid, sensitive and accurate detection of ZEN has become an emerging method in recent years. This article reviewed and compared the current detection methods of ZEN in China and abroad, mainly focused on the detection principles and the latest research progress of related methods. The development of ZEN detection technology was also prospected.
