Abstract
Gear transmission error is one of the main sources of vibration excitation in gear transmission system. It is also one of the main causes of noise. The bearing manufacturing error is an important factor affecting the vibration characteristics of gear transmission system. In order to study the influence of the manufacturing error of bearing corrugation on the dynamic transmission error of gear in the bearing-gear transmission system,a representation model of time-varying corrugation error on the raceway surface of bearing is established. A bearing-shaft-gear coupling dynamic model considering the raceway surface waviness amplitude and wave number and the time-varying gear mesh stiffness is established. The influence law of the corrugation amplitude and wave number on the dynamic transmission error of gear meshing is studied. The simulation results show that when the waviness error exists in the support bearing of input shaft,the influence of the waviness error of outer raceway on the dynamic transmission error of gear is greater than that of inner raceway. When there is waviness error of output shaft non-load bearing,the corrugation of inner and outer raceway has similar effect on the dynamic transmission error of gear. When the bearing at the load end of output shaft has the waviness error,the influence of the corrugation of outer raceway on the dynamic transmission error of gear is greater than that of inner raceway.
