Abstract

As for blisk blade profile polishing, "five-axis NC+flexible grinding head + elastic grindstone" polishing technological equipment has advantages such as high precision, minor interference and favorable adaptivity. To improve polishing quality and polishing efficiency, a mathematical calculation formula of polishing efficiency was established according to polishing principles of elastic grindstone (sanding wheel) and its optimization method was given. The efficiency-based optimized combination of technological parameters was obtained through grey relational degree analysis of orthogonal test results. The blade polishing test results indicated that efficiency-based optimized technological parameters could not only significantly shorten polishing time but also acquire qualified blade surface roughness, thus the reliability of efficiency optimization method was verified.
