Abstract
The effects of deformation temperature, strain rate, strain, solution temperature and solution time on the microstructure of GH4586 superalloy were studied by the isothermal hot compression test and the solution heat treatment test after deformation. The results show that the recrystallization degree of γ phase gradually increases with the increase of deformation temperature and strain, and decreases first and then increases with the increase of strain rate; the grain size of γ phase decreases gradually with the increase of deformation temperature, decreases first and then increases with the increase of strain rate, and decreases first and then tends to be stable with the increase of strain; the recrystallization degree and grain size of γ phase increase significantly with the increase of solution temperature and solution time. The optimal hot processing parameters of GH4586 superalloy are as follows: deformation temperature is 1060-1080℃ and strain rate is 0.01-0.1 s-1. The structure obtained within this processing parameter range is uniform and fine equiaxed structure.
