摘要
In order to solve the problems of serious tool wear and poor durability during plunge milling of nickel base superalloy GH4169, the design test obtains the wear morphology process of the tool through K40 carbide tool insertion and milling GH4169. The experiment analyzed the impact and sensitivity of cutting parameters on tool life. The experiment and analysis show that when the K40 carbide tool is the plunge milling GH4169, the service life of the tool decreases rapidly with the increase of cutting speed, feed rate per tooth, and radial cutting depth; The tool life is most sensitive to changes in cutting speed, followed by the feed rate per tooth, and least sensitive to radial cutting depth.
