摘要

Packaging system presents nonlinear vibro-impact response due to its cushion material nonlinearity when it suffers a shock or dropping impact. To analyze nonlinearity in dynamic response of packing system, a new concept of two-degree dimensional dynamic model is proposed in this paper. It is achieved by introducing fractional derivation and tangent function to vibrational equation for simulating damping and stiffness nonlinearity of material, who is called as fractional order model in this paper. The Kelvin-Voigt model is also used to build linear two-degree dimensional oscillator as the baseline for presenting the nonlinear characteristics of the proposed model. Then, time-dependent responses of these two models are obtained by using Newmark and Newton method to solve their dynamic equations. Finally, influences of parameters on acceleration response of the two models are analyzed and compared to reveals benefits of the proposed model for describing nonlinearity in vibro-impact analysis of packaging system.
