摘要
To solve the problem of traditional methods for calculating transient thermo-mechanical coupled response, which cannot accurately reflect the coupled effect between heat transfer and structural deformation without considering a wide change in temperature, a transient finite element method for solving the thermo-solid coupled effect is established based on Galerkin and Newmark algorithms. The method fully considers a wide and rapid change in temperature for solving the thermo-mechanical coupling problem. By calculating the transient thermal response of an aluminum plate with a process of strong heat flow, the correctness of the method is proved. The results for solving the thermo-mechanical coupled problem of a thermal protection panel on the inlet of a hypersonic vehicle by use of this method show that the effect of a rapid change in temperature on calculated results of the transient thermo-mechanical coupled problem is significant; the impact of the coupled term considering dramatic change in temperature on the temperature field of the structure is small, but it induces the vibration of the rate of temperature change, and the coupled term also affects the displacement and the velocity and the acceleration of deformation of the structure significantly, and plays a damping role in the structural vibration.
