Thermal Control of Modular Microsatellites: Technologies and Techniques

摘要

Standardized and modular microsatellites offer a way to achieve the objective of quickly and affordably developing satellites in batches. When it comes to spacecraft, modular ones offer greater flexibility and a wider range of temperature control features compared to traditional spacecraft. It is essential to develop a thermal control method that can effectively adjust to various external environmental conditions and mission requirements. This article discusses the current research status and key technologies related to the thermal control of modular microsatellites. Initially, the background information about common modular microsatellite missions and the thermal control strategies they use will be provided. Following that, the latest advancements in thermal control technology will be presented, covering heat transfer, heat storage, and heat dissipation. Looking ahead, the paper discusses the anticipated advancements in thermal control methods for modular microsatellites.
