摘要
Grain morphology has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of materials. This study utilized the advantages of the crystal plasticity finite element method, combined with experimental approach, to investigate the stress and strain evolution characteristics during the deformation process of rolled IN625 alloy. It also revealed the effects of grain aspect ratio and the angle between grain boundaries and load on stress and strain concentration. The results indicate that the stress field tends to align parallel to the load, while the strain field tends to be perpendicular. The degree of slip activation and grain boundary compatibility are the primary factors causing differences in deformation heterogeneity at the grain boundary. Stress concentration is most pronounced when the grain boundary is parallel or perpendicular to the external load. Increasing the grain aspect ratio enhances the mechanical anisotropy of the alloy; the larger the aspect ratio, the higher the yield strength in the rolling direction and the lower in the transverse direction. This work provides critical guidance for the microstructural design and processing optimization of high-performance alloys.
