The Bearing of Planetary Roller Screw Based on Pitch Error and Roller Deviation Specificity Analysis

摘要

This study focuses on the load-bearing characteristics of PRSM, establishing a load distribution model that takes into pitch error and roller deviation. A sensitivity analysis method based on the orthogonal experimental design is proposed, where an orthogonal test table is designed. Sensitivity functions are employed to quantitatively evaluate the influence of pitch errors in the nut, screw, and rollers, as well as flank clearance, on the thread load distribution. The results indicate that the sensitivity to pitch error in the rollers is significantly higher than that in the nut and screw. In the design, manufacturing, and assembly of planetary roller screw, the compensation and control of pitch errors are more critical than the adjustment of tooth side clearance. The pitch accuracy of the rollers is a key control parameter that determines the system's load-bearing performance and transmission reliability.
