摘要

The texture evolution and the recrystallization behavior during the hot-rolling deformation were investigated in a hot-rolled Ti-7333 alloy. The texture of the rolled Ti-7333 mainly consists of the α-fiber component and a weak cubic component, and the orientation of {112}<110> is dominant. The deformation mechanism during the rolling process is mainly the dislocation glide. It is found that the edge type dislocation of {110}<111> is prevail during the deformation and has a closely relationship with the texture evolution. The recrystallization occurs, and different nucleation sites for the recrystallized grains are observed. The texture of the recrystallized grains inherits the texture of the deformed matrix, indicating that the nucleation sites of the recrystallized grains are selective. Results show that the recrystallized grains nucleated at the bulged boundaries hold the similar orientations with the deformed matrix, indicating that the recrystallization process is mainly controlled by the SIBM mechanism.
