摘要
The interfacial properties of C/C-Al2O3 functionally graded composite were modified by combining carbon fiber surface coating with matrix modification. The interfacial bond strength between reinforcement phase carbon fiber and ceramic phase Al2O3 was studied, the thermal performance, ablative behavior and mechanical properties were tested, and microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the matrix can be modified by adding ZrO2. The compressive strength of C/C/Al2O3 composite increase by 39.1% and the 0thermal conductivity coefficient of C/C/Al2O3 composite decreases to 0.902 W/(m·K). And also the interfacial properties can be improved by coating carbon fiber with SiC. The strength of the composite with SiC coating reaches about 70 MPa, 3 times larger than that of composite without SiC coating.
