摘要

The study of cyanate ester resin modified with aluminum borate whisker was made. The results indicated that the mechanical property of the cyanate ester/aluminum borate whisker treated with the silane coupling agent-KH550 composite was increased. When the aluminum borate whisker content in the composite is appropriate, the whisker treated with the coupling agent can improve the bending strength and impact strength by 11.8% and 27.2%.
