摘要
A carbon dioxide continuous laser was used to sinter copper and iron based powder green compacts with an effective thickness of equal or less than 10 mm by bulk radiation. The microstructure, porosity, hardness, impact toughness, tensile strength and wear resistance of the sintered alloys were determined. The results show that the structures and properties of the laser bulk sintered compacts are superior to that of the conventional sintering.
