摘要

The conventional solid state reaction process was employed to prepare the barium strontium titanate ceramics. The phase structure, morphology, dielectric properties and ferroelectric performance of the ceramics sintered at different temperatures with various holding time were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of sintered temperature and holding time, the crystallinity of the ceramics increased and then decreased, and the one sintered at 1280℃ for 4 h was optimized. Also, with the increasing content of Sr, the grain size and Pr decreased, the P-E loops became slim and sloped, and the dielectric properties decreased, accompanied by the diffusion features.
