摘要

Both wheeled and tracked guns will show different forms of body vibration when firing, which seriously affects shooting accuracy. Therefore, in order to reduce the vibration as far as possible, a new generation large-caliber gun is equipped with a liquid-gas composite standing hoes, by adjusting some parameters, the vibration of the gun body can be reduced to a great extent, so as to improve the shooting accuracy. The dynamics simulation model of vehicle-gun with liquid-gas buffer standing hoes was established. Taking the inner diameter of the accumulator damping hole as the optimization objective, three inner diameters were selected for comparative study. the influence of the damping hole diameter on the firing stability and the ground support force of the standing hoes under the firing state of azimuth 0°、altitude 0° and azimuth 30°、altitude 30° were investigated. The results show that the inner diameter of the accumulator damping hole is proportional to the maximum pitch angle of the vehicle body and inversely proportional to the support force of the standing hoes under different firing states. In order to comprehensively consider shooting stability and the force of the standing hoes, the inner diameter of the accumulator damping hole is 5mm as the optimal choice.
