摘要
A dense SiCw toughened SiC coating was prepared by the two-step technique composed of slurry and pack cementation. The microstructures, oxidation resistance and thermal stress resistance of the as-received coatings were investigated. Small substrates were cut from bulk 2-D C/C composites for SiC coatings. The results showed that SiCw could decrease the dimension of cracks and improve the oxidation and thermal stress resistance of SiC coatings.
