摘要
In order to shorten the design cycle of high-lift system, a methodology has been developed which merges the aerodynamic shape with the trailing-edge flap mechanism in the process of the design of high-lift system. This paper focused on integration optimization of high-lift system with kinematic constraints which include four-bar linkage mechanism and link-track mechanism. The results of optimization show that the aerodynamic performance with the two mechanisms has been improved. Besides, the total length of the four-bar linkage mechanism decrease 64.15mm (2.7%), the total length of the link-track mechanism decrease 237.3 mm (17.7%) regardless of track. It can be stated that this methodology is quite significant for shortening the design cycle and reducing the design costs.
