Research on servicing inventory optimized control for complex equipment system

On the basis of ABC analytical method, introducing ideas of classified control to servicing inventory for complex equipment system, we established an optimized model of inventory control. By classifying inventory and fixing on the time and quantity to indent goods of different types, this model incarnated the thought of breaking up management and cooperating control on inhomogeneity inventory. It guarantees the supply of spare part very well, and reduces the gross inventory a lot. At last, it shows how to apply the model in computer management information system.
