摘要

In order to meet the needs for production of different castings, the pneumatic control systems for low-pressure casting, differential-pressure and pressure-adjusted casting equipment were investigated separately. Based on the investigation, an integrative pneumatic control system for counter-gravity casting equipment has been designed and built up. This system has many advantages, such as compact structure, low-cost etc. which can improve the practicability of the counter-gravity casting equipment.
