Research on networked process allocation system

The process allocation of complex parts in dynamic alliance enterprise is a key subject of networked manufacturing. The concept of logical manufacturing unit is established to connect the process allocation and manufacturing resources according to this problem. The manufacturing resources ability model and the design of logical manufacturing process for complex parts is studied and developed based on logical manufacturing unit. The manufacturing resources advance deployment and optimization deployment method for logical manufacturing process are mainly discussed. At last, the system structure and working process of the process allocation system based on the manufacturing resources optimization deployment are designed.
