摘要

The Aircraft feel simulator (AFS) is a part of the aircraft rudder control system, which simulates the maneuvering load generated by the aerodynamic hinge moment of the aircraft control surface. Therefore, it is necessary to model and analyse the reliability of the AFS. In this paper, the functional principle and failure modes of the AFS is analysed firstly. Then a dynamic model of the system is built. It is found that the combined spring is the key component of the system, and its degradation leads to the failure of the system. The combined spring consists of a large spring and a small spring. The Wiener process is adopted to fit the degradation processes of the spring stiffness coefficients. And Copula function is utilized to describe the correlation of the combined springs. Moreover, the dependence between the two degradation processes also changes over time. Hence, a time-varying dependence model is adopted. For the computation issues, the two-stage parameter estimation method is utilized. Finally, a reliability model of AFS with time-varying s-dependent degradation processes is built, which is also compared with the independent degradation process model and the constant-dependent degradation process model. The comparison shows that the time-varying dependence of degradation has a significant influence on the reliability of AFS.
